(Fairfax, VA) A special half-day course for Young RV Executives, “Creating & Sustaining a High-Performance Dealership Team®”, will be presented by David Spader of Spader Business Management on Nov. 6 at Paris Las Vegas. This unique, professional development opportunity is designed for Young RV Executives attending the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Every leader wants a high performing dealership team comprised of team‐oriented managers and employees. This highly interactive program has three components. First, David will begin with an experiential team activity to help young executives discover how teams develop, the difference between a team and group, and the critical few behaviors required to achieve high performance. Second, this course will help dealership leaders diagnose their team’s current strengths and development opportunities utilizing a team assessment. Last, David will help attendees create an action plan that details what’s needed to take their team to the next level. A video preview is available for this half-day course.

The Young Executive initiative focuses on the professional development of younger dealership managers. “It’s extremely important to support the development of the next generation of RV dealers and dealership managers,” said Dan Shea of Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. “We are pleased to be able to sponsor this program for Young RV Executives held in conjunction with the RVDA convention.”
