Dealers who wish to spend current-year Elite/Premier funds must make their first payment before 1 Nov 2021!

Each participant receives a Service Manager Development Program 3-ring binder prior to your training. Materials to insert will typically be shipped in one to three batches. Be sure to register at least 12 calendar days before the first live-online session to allow time for materials shipping. Those registering after this date may be charged a surcharge of up to $95 if your participant materials must be shipped via expedited service.

All live-online sessions scheduled for 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Central Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern, 8:30 a.m. Mountain, 7:30 a.m. Pacific)

Live-Online Participant Expectations:

  • Phones off, cameras on! Find a quiet place to participate and communicate to your co-workers that you’re unavailable all week. Consider working from home.
  • Technology:
    • Desktop or laptop computer with a webcam/microphone and speakers.
    • Tablets, phones and Chromebooks are not recommended.
    • One computer for each participant.
    • Participate in a Zoom connection test session prior to session 1, and login 5 to 10 minutes early for each session.
