Profit Planner Premium software is an all-online program designed to simplify your profit planning. It allows you to quickly and easily see how seemingly-minor changes in one area can affect other departments or the company as a whole. And it’s great for forecasting!

Based on the powerful forms from Spader’s Total Management 1 course, this easy-to-use program guides you through all aspects of your financial plan—from sales to expenses—and then spreads it into monthly targets based on your own seasonality.

  • Matches the Total Management 1 “Packet 1” layout with a tab for Company and each department, and an option to print the Company Departmental Summary

  • Import your rolling-12 actual data from 20 Group or Management Link to start your new budget
  • Transfer your completed budget back to the ETA program for use in your 20 Group and Management Link reporting
  • Merge multiple locations’ budgets together for a consolidated total budget
  • Allocate expenses from the total company down, and/or budget expenses for each department independently

  • Support for Seasonal Trends for each department’s sales and expenses, and Seasonal Trends data can be imported from ETA

  • “Details” drill-downs to add an unlimited number of lines for specific brands and models, or more details on each expense line item
  • Import Chart of Accounts into your Detail line items to configure details that match your own chart of accounts

  1. Start your budget your way:
    • Blank canvas
    • Import actual rolling-12 data submitted to Spader in the ETA program
    • Import your last year’s budget from ETA and edit from there
  2. Input Spader’s industry-specific key expense ratio guidelines and see how you compare to these important benchmarks.
  3. Spread your annual budget across 12 months using your company’s seasonality by leveraging your Seasonal Trends for each department’s sales and expenses (from ETA).

Pricing Information:

First location license: $1,195 one-time setup fee; $132.50/month (annual subscription, paid in advance)

Second location license: $107.50/month (annual subscription, paid in advance)

Third location license: $82.50/month (annual subscription, paid in advance)

Fourth+ location license: $57.50/month/location (annual subscription, paid in advance)

Includes user support for budgeting help and technical questions via email or toll-free telephone.

Your selected subscription price will be applied when you specify the number of locations. Subscription entitles use for as many users as you like – specify your first user(s) when you purchase online.
