Coaching Assessments
One of the most important roles any manger or supervisor has in their business is the role of Coach. Utilize this set of two assessments to further understand your own current level of coaching performance – as well as the coachability of your “players!”
It is strongly recommended that both Self and Observer Group Views are included.
Coaching Performance Inventory (CPI)
This hand-scored assessment is a quick and convenient way to get a self-view of your own current coaching attitudes and practices, as well as an overall result. Make use of these results to (1) capitalize on your strengths, (2) focus on key development opportunities you have, and (3) implement realistic action plans for gaining strengthened results that benefit both you and your organization.
